Fish Taco Recipe:

  • Sautée fresh chunks of fish with olive oil in a pan, and add finely diced garlic. (Yellowtail or Mahi Mahi fish are great choices)
  • Season with salt, pepper, and lime.
  • On medium heat, place corn tortillas in a pan and heat both sides of them evenly taking care not to burn the tortillas.
  • Add lettuce, cabbage, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and carrots.
  • Mix mayo and several canned chipotle peppers together to create an easy homemade creamy chipotle sauce,  then place it on top of the fish taco. Finish the fish taco with fresh lime juice and you’re all set!
